I just received further proof that Fox 4 is a rutterless ship. By putting Klein on Wednesday mornings simply shows just how much they lack leadership of any kind. No executive producer, no news director and no general manager. What the hell are they thinking?

KFDM says "Tucked away in a corner of downtown Orange is a secret mission in progress." Is Bridge City's Christmas Parade really being planned in Orange or is KFDM lumping all of Orange county into one city like the Beaumont Media usualy does?
KBTV says they are on the scene, yet, they say there are reports the church is fully engulfed in flame??? Could their crew simply look at the church and confirm??
Several fire departments are on the scene of a church fire in Lumberton. The fire started around 8:00 a.m. at Fletcher Baptist Church on Fletcher Street.
There are reports the church is fully engulfed.
Lumberton fire fighters are receiving assistance from several other fire departments.
Those departments include: Sour Lake, Kountze, Silsbee and Beaumont.
We have a crew on the scene and will bring you more information as it becomes available.

Several Texas regions have earned negative reviews from the annual Judicial Hellholes report by the American Tort Reform Foundation. The 2009/2010 Judicial Hellholes report was released Tuesday by the foundation in Washington, D.C.
Jefferson County, along with Nueces County and the Rio Grande Valley, are on the "Watch List" in the latest report.
The report says the jurisdictions "bear watching for suspicious or negative developments in litigation or histories of abuse."
For the Texas Gulf Coast and Valley, the report states the area's reputation has improved, but it's still known for being skewed toward plantiffs.
