Philip misspelled Maness's name on the "official document" he said he "obtained from the clerk's office". One would think that Mr. Maness would know how to spell his own name. But let me see, who do we know that has spelling problems?

So - thanks for the emails. If the spelling is wrong - I might take a look at the Democratic Party - it is their document not mine.
And as far as suing me - bring it the hell on. But again - those that are too scared to sign their names such as on the Trog site have little or no guts to file a lawsuit. And might take a lesson or two from a few other web sites. And might ask themselves - who really is Trog?

Mr. Klein was called by my office earlier today requesting a copy of the document. The document was faxed to our office. One of my legal assistants took the document to the County Clerk and she verified that it was the same document she provided to him. She gave my legal assistant a copy of the same document. It pains me to say that Mr. Klein is not lying. It is also not a legal filing document but a spread sheet with attachments of filings. It was prepared by the democratic headquarters based on the attachments given to the county clerk. The attachment for the district attorney does say District Attorney with Criminal written on the line. It seems to be a legal document. I hope this explains this controversy.
